AlphaMirasim is in alpha. Expect rough edges: models can be slow, sessions can drop, and things change between builds.

Questions about pricing

How is Free different from a paid space?

Same features. Free runs on your own computer with your own accounts and goes offline while it's off; a paid space runs on ours, keeps going with your laptop closed and comes with credits on us.

How are credits charged?

Platform models are charged at each provider's API list price, minus the discount shown next to the model (Claude, Gemini, Grok and most others at 50% off). Your own accounts and API keys use no credits.

What's the difference between personal and space credits?

Token packs you buy go to your personal credits, valid for 6 months and just for you. Credits that come with a team space go to the space, and everyone in it shares them.

How do bonus codes work?

Enter one when you buy a token pack and you get extra credits on top: a former 50%-off code is now buy 1, get 1 free. Bonus credits last 30 days from the day you first use them, and the code itself never expires.

What is the $4.99 trial?

$4.99 once for a 7-day space with 12.5 credits, one per account; to keep going, switch the same space to Basic and the $4.99 comes off your first payment.

How do I pay and renew?

Each payment covers 30 days and doesn't renew on its own; owners and admins renew from the account page, the app or the reminder email. An ended space stops, and if you renew within 14 days for a Linux space or 3 days for a Mac space it comes back, after which it is cleared.

What if we need more seats or disk?

Write to support@mirasim.ai: extra seats are $30 per person a month, and Linux plans add 50 GB of disk for $10 a month.

Where is our code kept, and who can get to it?

In your team space, which only the members you invite can enter; Git credentials are never stored there.
